PEANUT CHOCO BUTTER CUPS

Ingredients

    • Chocolate layer -
    • Ingredients – Lindt chocolate 90% 150 gm 
    • Butter – 50 g
    • Stevia sweetner – liquid


    • Peanut layer -
    • Ingredients 
    • Peanut butter (natural) – 60 g
    • Butter – 30g melted
    • 1 tsp vanilla essence

    • Makes: 10-12 cup cakes


Method

  • Line the baking tray with mini muffin silicon cups
  • Melt chocolate and mix it with melted butter. Add stevia drops if required. Then pout this chocolate mixture till half in the silicon cups. Let it set in the refrigerator.
  • Mix the peanut butter, melted butter, few drops of vanilla extract and stevia drops and let it cool till chocolate mixture sets in the refrigerator.
  • Let it set in the refrigerator.
  • Can it with crushed peanuts and salt if required.
  • Unmould the cupcakes after 45 minutes. Enjoy your low carb cupcakes with mocha coffee!!
