EGG WRAP WITH CRISPY CHICKEN AND CREAM

Ingredients

    • Ingredients – Chicken 50 g
    • Psyllium husk – 10 g
    • Lettuce and tomato – 50 g
    • Eggs – 2
    • Full fat cream – 70 g 
    • Olive oil – 15 ml
    • Spices – Ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, coriander powder

    • Makes – 1 wrap


Method

  • Beat 2 eggs with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture in a greased pan with olive oil, cover with a lid, cook on moderate heat till set. 
  • To make chicken crispy slices – Cut chicken in thin, long slices. Marinate in a paste with all spices. Refrigerate  it for 2 hours
  • Roll the slices in psyllium husk and deep fry till it is crispy
  • Spread full fat cream on the egg pancake topped with tomatoes, lettuce and chicken slices. 
  • Add spices as per choice like chilli flakes, oregano 
  • Stir fry the egg wrap till crispy
